Trying to get my form to go to different email addresses if they select specific team members to contact, but for some reason, it isn’t working. (I have done this before and I need it to look like this: https://prnt.sc/ow7tj1. but instead, it keeps doing this: https://prnt.sc/ow786b.

Gravity Forms is a third party plugin and it’s not a part of Themeco bundled plugin list. In that regards any queries and or issues that’s related I would suggest you to get in touch with support team at Gravity Forms as it falls outside the scope of support we can offer.
Having said that you can take a look at following tutorial to setup Email Routing in Gravity Forms and setup the settings accordingly.
