Hi there,
Google Maps has been giving me a loading error on a website I manage (darkened map with a popup box saying the page couldn’t load the map). I looked into it and other people were saying it’s the result of an API error. However, I implemented a new API key only to receive a different error altogether (no map, just grey with error message). I also checked the web console upon loading both errors, and the first one didn’t have anything about an API error, whereas the one where I did attempt to implement the API key did display an API error.
Seeing as the original error doesn’t seem to be caused by the API, could it have something to do with the fact that the site is running an outdated version of X and Cornerstone? I inherited the site from someone who never verified the license, so I can’t auto-update. The person in question also cut all contact so I have no way of reaching out to get the account details. If an update is required, will we have to purchase another license or is there some other way to go about it? I’m positive a license was originally purchased, just never verified as an oversight.
