Global Settings Modal doesn't show Preferences and Page Settings

Hi there,

just updated to 2.1.3. Pro and checked all the new settings. But I cannot see Preferences and Page Settings in the Global settings modal. I still have only Colors and Fonts. Have I missed anything?

I couldn’t replicate this issue on my end:

Please note that the page settings option will appear when you edit a page only.

Also test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

And purge then disable all the cache plugins(W3 Total Cache or CloudFlare).
