Global Block Editing Not Working

Hi,

It seems I can no longer edit my global block in cornerstone, there’s no option - could you please advise

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

I checked the website and can see that you are using incompatible version of X Theme and Cornerstone. Please update X Theme 6.0.4 to X Theme version 6.4.2. Along with that please update Cornerstone from version 3.3.8 to 3.4.2.

I updated those and purged the cache but it still didn’t work

Hi,

You need to enable Global Block under X > Settings . I went ahead and did that for you.

Thanks - it was previously enabled - any idea how it would have gotten disabled?

Hi Ollibe,

We can’t say for certain what caused the Global Blocks to be disabled in the Permissions Manager.

It could be either be when you only updated Cornerstone which caused an incompatibility issue with X.
