Getting Uh-oh on license validation with no content to error message details

Purchased license and added sites to it. Added license to site in dev and am getting the “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.” message. Click on the Details link and the error message pop up is empty. License could not be validated.

This is a license we just purchased last week.

Thank you for writing in, I see that you have assigned both X and Cornerstone license with the same URL. If you want to use the standalone Cornerstone license, please un-assign the URL on the X license and validate your Cornerstone using the Cornerstone license

If you’re using X theme on the site then un-assign the URL form the Cornerstone license and validate your X theme using the X license instead.
