Getting issue with ACF and WPML in theme x pro

hello, we are facing some problem while using your theme with WPML and Advanced custom theme.

The scenario is when we added custom fields using ACF pro plugin and create a new page using WPML from the other pages added in 1 language, the fields which we created are not showing up, we are not able to add the content for other languages.

we deactivated ACF and it worked so it might be some issue with the theme compatibility.

Here are couple of screenshots which will help you out to understand the problem, if you require the staging link and details we’ll share you.

PS: Everything plugin or theme is on latest release from the service provider wtih php latest and WordPress latest as well.

Can you please help so we can
elaborate more on the problem .

Hi @thebritagency,

Are you using the Essential Grid plugin on your website? There is a conflict with Essential Grid and WPML plugin.

You can try another grid plugin for this like The Grid. For details about the said plugin, please visit the links below:

If you’re not using the Essential Grid plugin, please try disabling all the 3rd party plugins (except ACF Pro, WPML) then check again.

Also switch to the parent theme if you’re using the child theme.

If it still doesn’t help, please provide us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link login to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials
