Getting issue in the page editor?

Hello Team ,
In admin, Went to pages > Home
Clicked Edit with Pro and it just spins.

The preview could not load. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing. Checking the developer console for errors could indicate what went wrong.

Please check and provide the solution .

Hi Jeff,

Thanks for writing in! Could you please try following our general troubleshooting guidelines below and see if you can isolate the issue. Most possible causes are due to caching or plugin conflicts. Also check your PHP version and memory limit.

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Go to X/Pro > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button.
  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  5. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the Theme Options or Child Theme and test the case.
  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Let us know how it goes.
Thank you.

Hello Team ,

I have checked with following points and still getting same error , Can you please check using this login.

Please check and let provide the solution .

Thanks

Hi Jeff,

I see that you have added your login credentials publicly, so I have moved it into a secure note. However, I would suggest you to change your password immediately as a safety precaution.

When testing your original issue, I see that you’re getting an error 500 internal server error when editing your homepage (see secure note). Usually it could be related to a PHP fatal error, which you need to investigate it further by enabling your WP_DEBUG mode (https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG). Once you enable WP_DEBUG mode, you should see appropriate PHP error messages once you edit your page.

Or else, enable your error log by following this resource (https://snapcreek.com/blog/wordpress-error-log-friend/) and then when you try to edit your post, it will record any PHP errors in your error log.

If you’re still having issues, we will require your FTP credentials as well to investigate your issue further. Make sure to submit those information in a secure note.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
