General help on settings

So if I am editing a page, there is the “settings wheel” on the lower left hand side.

This has a menu of settings aka: Preferences, Colors, Fonts and Page settings.

Is there a tutorial that discusses each in detail. For example I don’t understand how the Color Manager is used.

Apologies if these questions are obvious to everyone but I am trying to understand as much of the design options as possible.

The page settings is consists of the default page settings and the X Page settings
