Formatting is removed after update

After updating theme X, when I go into cornerstone, all of my text appears unformatted.
All of the elements on the page are the same size, same font, and none of my colored boxes are colored.
It’s weird because when I look at the actual website, the appearance is fine.
Can you help me fix this? I have some content I need to update urgently.

Hey @Choi,

Please try going to X > Settings, scroll way down and clear the Style Cache. If that does not help, please give us WP admin access in a Secure Note
