Hi, can you please help retrieve the username associated with a purchase code? Totally forgot the username and password used

Thanks for writing in.

You can request a password reset through Forgot password feature and you only need the email address registered for that purchase code.

We can’t provide username, email, or password for specific purchase code for security reason.

Can the login details be reset? My partner who bought the theme can’t find any emails from Themeco and we’ve tried all the possible emails used but none of them work. He doesn’t remember logging in here - is it because his support has expired?

It’s not related to expiration and we can’t just reset it without confirmation of the ownership. But I’ll escalate this for further checking.

Thanks… the license was purchased via themeforest - all we have are the login to and details from themeforest, including purchase code etc.
