I can’t see my footer widget area and I don’t know why, since I’ve setted 2 columns and inserted the html element in it.

I’ve chosen Customizing -> Footer -> Footer Widget Areas -> Four

Ensure that you`re adding the content at Appearance > Widgets > Footer 1, 2, 3 and 4.
If it didn`t work, please, can you provide to us your WP credentials?
