Footer widget area content missing after update

As per title:
My footer widget area content missing after updating from a child theme to current version. Can you please advise on the best way to restore the missing footer widget area content?

Thanks for asking. You havent shared website URL, here are the following solutions that you can try it out as of now:

1. It seems that update process faced some issues and might have resulted in few corrupted files. I suggest you to manually update the theme and see it that works.

2. Please make sure you are using compatible version of all the plugins. Here is our version compatibility guide that you can refer:

3. If above solutions didnt worked out, next step would be to check error log file. You should see some entries for widget and corresponding error message and that will help you to troubleshoot. Kindly share the same with us.
