When I duplicate a page, I lose the styling for my footer. Is there a setting I need to keep footer styling when I duplicate a page?

Thanks for asking. 
Rather than duplicating or cloning the page using 3rd party plugin (supporting 3rd party plugins falls outside the scope of support we can offer), I suggest you to save the page as template. After that you can create a new page and import the saved template to start the work again. You can take a look at following resources to learn more about templates.
