Since updating to the latest version of X, I had had this issue with the footer appearing on the right side of the website instead of at the bottom of the site. I finally had to take the site back to a backup of a previous version of X.
I have deactivated all plugins with no help.

Please create a staging version of your site and do the update from there.
If the issue isn’t present anymore, it should be safe doing the update on the live site as the previous update might not be successful, otherwise, please provide us with the link of the staging site so that we can have a look.

Unfortunately we wont be able to check much with just a screenshot. We will have to at least get the URL of the site where the issue shows so that we could further check it.
