Footer bug

Good morning, everyone,

I’m having a little problem with my footer.

I created a footer in 3 distinct parts: recent articles, menu and website information.

However, when I use the cornerstone interface to build my footer, it normally appears:

But when I check my website (Safari/Chrome), the footer appears like this:

Do you have a solution to this problem?

Address (child theme): http://www.jadranko.com/

Have a good day, everyone:)

Hi Richard,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your screenshots, I guess the most possible cause could be related to caching. Specially after an update, you need to clear all caches before testing your site again. You can refer to the following resource on how to clear caches (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

Then also try testing your issue on Chrome’s Incognito mode to confirm whether it is a caching issue (https://www.lifewire.com/incognito-mode-google-chrome-4103635).

If you’re still having issues, provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hello,

I cleaned the cache of my browser, the website and I tried in incognito mode on Google Chrome.

The problem is still there.

I left you a secure note access to intervene if you wish?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Richard,

I checked and it’s your contact form 7 that is causing the issue.

You forgot to close a div, please add </div> at the last line.

Thanks
