Font templates disappeared

Hi,

I have no success adding a font to my font templates in PRO - no matter what font I choose, it ends up being helvetica. Subsequently, I removed all fonts and want to start fresh. Now all my fonts are gone and I have no way to add a font back to the font templates. Please help.

Thanks for writing in! First of all, can you please make sure that you’re fully updated. You can refer to the latest version numbers here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).

If you’re using any caching plugins, make sure to disable them temporarily and if you’re using CloudFlare, make sure to disable CSS & JavaScript autominification options and test.
