Hello, I am trying to change the font to one I created on font manager, but I cannot find it as a drop down option? The only opitions it gives me is “body” and “Inherit”

Were you able to add the new font to the Font Manager first? If you haven’t, kindly add the fonts first.
If you have added the font but you are not seeing them in the font options for the elements, please double check your X and Cornerstone version and make sure both of them are updated to the latest version.
