Font Manager Not Appearing in Cornerstone

Hello,

I have used the X > Theme Options > Typography to enable the Font Manager. In Font Manager I have set the heading (poppins) and body (roboto) fonts. I went and created pages (Mens, ladies, murph pre-order) and the fonts are not there. I have read through other threads on the forum, I am on the most updated version of X (6.5.5) and Cornerstone (3.5.4).

Unfortunately,I couldn’t check it as it’s behind a under construction page. Please provide your admin login credentials in the secure note.

For the meantime, please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

Hi Madeline,

I just checked and the fonts are correctly applied, the Roboto is applied to the body, one example is the Men’s text above the grid. It’s not a headline but just standard text so it will appear as Roboto, just in case you’re expecting it to look like a headline.

Then the grid titles are headlines which display the correct Poppins font.

I compared the fonts display and they are correct, please provide a screenshot in case you’re seeing a different font.

Hi Madeline,

I have just checked your site and the fonts you have set in the Font Settings of the Theme Options are applied correctly.

For example:

If you are not seeing the same fonts for the text on your end, kindly try to clear your site and browser cache.

In case you are referring to some other text on the site, kindly let us know so that we can check it.
