I got feedback fro the Breeze team at Cloudways and you asked e to keep you updated.
The issue has been identified by our Breeze team which is working on this. We would be releasing the update in the mid of November. Meanwhile, your patience is really appreciated.
The issue was identified with the Theme builder (theme.co Pro) causing issues with user roles. You may use the theme builder as we would update the breeze plugin to resolve the conflicts.
