Flexbox changes showing in admin, but not carrying over to the live site

Since the latest update, the builder’s Flexbox settings no longer carry over to the live site. I’ve been having to put the Flexbox properties into the manual CSS fields to make them work
this only started happening recently, after that update. Before that, the builder worked fine
and all the Flexbox stuff worked fine.

For example, you can see on this old mockup: https://twooceansdigital.com/dev/boxwoodwp/boxwood-home-1/
that in the header bar, the logo is off-center, and the menu toggle is justified to the left inside its box. originally the logo was centered and the toggle was over on the right.
so this bug, I think, operates retroactively — it messed up all the existing headers I’d created

Hello Hugh,

Thanks for asking.

Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Go to X > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button.
  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  4. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.
