Fix active link in menu on homepage with one page navigation

Hi there,

I am using one page navigation on my homepage but one of the links in the menu is still showing as active in the top nav. I followed all of the instructions here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-remove-double-menu-highlighting-when-using-one-page-navigation-with-anchor-link/33489
However, the problem is persisting.

Here is a link to the page: https://kingstonlane.com/ notice the link for “pricing” is showing as active even when at the top of the page.

Using Pro theme, latest version.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Katie

Hello Katie,

Thanks for writing in! Did you applied one page navigation? Please review this knowledge base article first: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/features-how-to-setup-one-page-navigation/96/1

Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you.

I did apply one page navigation, and followed all instructions, and it still isn’t working. Will send credentials in secure note.

Thank you for your help!

Katie

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! I have logged in and I can confirm that it is not working. After a closer look at your header, it turns out that the custom header is using a different menu. I went ahead and edited that menu item. I’ve change the href of the menu item from https://kingstonlane.com/#pricing-desktop to just #pricing-desktop only.

Please check your site now.

Awesome it’s fixed. Thanks so much!

Glad we were able to help
