I have purchased Integrity theme from theme.co and now I am configuring it. I want to know from where to configure the first video section of the theme from back end configuration.

The header video section of Integrity 1 is not included in the demo content. However, you can recreate the video slider using Revolution Slider which comes as a bundled plugin with X:
