Featured List Items with Numbers

Hello,
My Feature list items with numbers used to be perfectly aligned and now the text seem to have been moved with recent Cornerstone updates.

See attached image for how it used to look. I tried adding a new Featured List to see if I could build it back from scratch, without any success. It keeps them unaligned.

Can you please help fix this layout issue.

Hi,

Upon checking, I can see you have updated conerstone to latest version but forgot to update your theme.

Please update your theme to latest version (X Theme 5.2.3 ) to make sure everything is compatible.
