It seems that there is a space between the domain name and the background image location which is causing the display issue of the featured image for the recent post element.

Please install the Better Search Replace plugin then do the following:
search for https://www.chesapeakeneurology.com and replace it with https://www.chesapeakeneurology.com and
search for http:\/\/www.chesapeakeneurology.com and replace it with https:\/\/www.chesapeakeneurology.com
Please note that you are trying to replace the domain name with a space after .com without a space.
Wouldn’t that be code generated by Cornerstone? The featured images work on the post and the news page, just not where the code for the “classic recent posts” is displayed.

Cornerstone will only depends with the URL settings in Settings > General. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look and fix the issue?
To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

So I went into the General - Settings and even though it was not reporting an extra space at the end of the URL strings I added some spaces and then deleted them saving the settings screen. That resolved the issue. Kinda easy and I probably should have thought of forcing that reset in that manner… Thanks for the help, mark it closed!
