It seems that you have updated Cornerstone to the latest version but not X which is causing a compatibility issue.
Kindly make sure that if you update both to avoid issues.

I checked and this looks like related to multiple issues.
First, please go to Admin > Plugins and deactivate cornerstone and delete it. Then go to Admin > X > Validation and wait until it install the correct version of cornerstone. Then make sure your theme is validated too so you can update your theme in Admin > Dashboard > Updates, please update the theme.
Now go back to Admin > Plugins and update the cornerstone again.

Then the second issue is due to permission, I recommend contacting your host provider and allow the access to C:\Windows\Temp\. Then, please check this too https://www.experts-exchange.com/questions/21228707/opendir-problems-with-Windows.html. It’s not directly related but with similar issue which only your hosting could fix.
