I'd wanted to recommend first that you follow the best practices in updating your themes and plugins guide at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62
Now that this issue is happening in your live site, the fastest remedy is to roll back to the previous version if you have a backup. Once your site is up and running again, follow the article I referred to above. One of the important suggestion in there is to create a development or staging environment to test the updates.
If backup is not available and you don't want to create a staging site, you need to deactivate ConvertPlug by renaming the
convertplug folder in
wp-content/plugins/. Please see the similar guide that has detailed steps at https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Regretfully, we would need to post this in our issue tracker so our development team would be made aware that there's a problem with ConvertPlug Geolite integration. You will need to wait while this will be investigated. Please note that if bugs are discovered, there is no guarantee that we can provide an immediate fix.
Update: Got this issue in my test site as well so it's best that this be reported to ConvertPlus developers.
Please stay tuned and your patience and understanding would be very much appreciated.
