FAQ template fade settings

I am using the FAQ template in Cornerstone, I’ve kept the two columns etc. After adding my content the left hand column has fade in settings (It appears after beginning to scroll) and the right hand column has no settings and is visible all the time.

Where do I find these settings? How do I make both columns the same?
