External Webfont Issue

Hello, I’ve been unable to get my external webfont to show up. I tried several different things I found throughout the forums, but none of them are working for me. The last guide I followed was here: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/webtype-fonts-in-pro/3562

I set up the child theme, uploaded the fonts via ftp, updated the CSS, and added the styling to the header’s
inline nav elements in the customize area, but still no font. If you could take a look and let me know, I’d appreciate it!

Yes, those instructions are the same as the ones I linked above. If you check my site you should find the proper web font files in my child theme directory, and the CSS code in place, as well as styling for the header’s
inline nav elements in the customize area, yet the font is not showing. Did you look at my site?

Hi There,

Please rename your font to much simpler name (e.g. boycott_webfont.woff), that works when I tested it on my local dev site.

If that did not work, please replace the relative url:

./framework/fonts/folder-name/font-name.woff

to absolute url:

http://h1q.63d.myftpupload.com/wp-content/themes/pro-child/framework/fonts/boycottregular/font-name.woff

Then clear your browser’s cache.

Hi,
Thanks for looking into it. I’ve tried both of these things, and I’m still not able to get this webfont working in my header.I simplified the filenames, and changed the paths, and also tried applying the styles from the child theme’s CSS document, but still no luck. Please let me know what else I can do.
