Export / import cornerstone site

We are moving our wordpress website from one host to another. The old website has an earlier version of X. At our new website we have purchased X theme and would like to copy and move our site from the old host to the new.

Is there an export/import feature to X cornerstone that will allow us to basically copy the site? What is the best way to bring over our content from the old site to the new.

It will remain the same domain name, just a different wordpress instance. We will also add all of the needed plugins on the new instance prior to the copy.
