Every time launch Pro always go to login form

Hello,
I just upgraded from X to Pro and found problem in launching the Pro. everytime klik launch, it will be back to login form.

i have tried every solution i found in the support forum, still have no luck to solve the problem. hope you guys can help.

Thanks for sharing the website URL. I can see few error messages on browser console. Access to Font at 'http://akademisiroh.com/aksi/wp-content/themes/pro/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2?v=4.7.0' from origin 'http://www.akademisiroh.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://www.akademisiroh.com' is therefore not allowed access. https://screencast.com/t/XD6CDaae

Next, using FTP please navigate to /wp-content/themes/ directory and then rename existing Pro directory. Now try and see if you can login to WordPress backend. If the login is working fine, please download the latest version of Pro Theme and then upload the files. You can also upload the Pro theme file using FTP in /wp-content/themes/ directory. We have released a new maintenance release that has bunch of bug fixes. You can review that on our changelog page https://theme.co/changelog/.

IF you don’t have FTP details, you can get the same from your hosting provider.

hi thanks for the reply. i did what you have suggested dan the problem is still there. when i try click pro - launch, it will show the login form which will bring me back to login form again after filling in the detail.
The accordionmodule is not showing in this page http://www.akademisiroh.com/profil-aksi/.

Hi there,

There seems to be something odd in the setup of your website because I can’t even login to the admin section.

Whenever I try to login here: http://akademisiroh.com/wp-admin

I get redirected to: http://akademisiroh.com/aksi/wp-login.php

And I am still not able to login to the login page where I was redirected.

Have you tried checking in Settings > General and see if the URLs are correctly set?

Kindly also do a test for plugin conflict as this might be causing the issue.

I’m having the same issue. My site is behaving properly except for this one issue. Trying to access Pro it logs me out. It’s like Pro does recognize the site wide redirects that have been correctly put in to place.

Any other ideas?

Update - I had to hire someone on Upwork to fix this for me. He had to debug the database for old URL’s referencing subdirectory. Now it works fine. Cost me $40. I’m fine with that.

everytime click Pro - Launch or Pro - Theme Options, it always redirected to this address http://akademisiroh.com/aksi/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.akademisiroh.com%2Fx%2F&reauth=1#/options

But after i signed in with valid credential it didn’t take me to the page i want. it will stay in the login page.

It’s because your site address and wordpress address are different.
