I am trying to add an essential grid to my page and its showing like this, how do I fix.

I am adding it via shortcode from the grid.

Hello There,

I have logged in and edited your homepage. I am not seeing any shortcode added on the page. For best results, please make use of the Essential Grid element and add it in one of your columns. You will not see any preview. You can only see the grid when you view the page live.

I took out the shortcode due to the original comment. I will try with classic one tomorrow and report back
