Essential grid search not working

Hello support team,

I linked the essential grid search to the global search a few months ago and all of a sudden, it does not seem to be working.

Every time I type in something to the search, it says “Failure: Error”

I am not sure what went wrong here.

Any help would be appreciated!

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The issue was caused by Cache Enabler. I have temporarily disabled the plugin so that you can test it. If you need this plugin, just regenerate the cache of this plugin to make sure that all the latest scripts were used and not the cache version.

Please check your site now.

The search function seems to be working now!

One more quick question, how would you regenerate the cache of this plugin?

Hello There,

You will just have to delete the cache of the plugin. It will eventually regenerate the cache by itself.
