Essential Grid search is not working

I’m having problems using the essential grid plugin. the filter/search bar on my grids is not working.

Please try these potential solutions.

  1. Ensure Essential Grid version is up to date to the latest compatible version listed at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache and deactivate your caching plugin if applicable. If you’re using Essential Grid’s built-in caching feature, please clear it also.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
