Essential Grid Lightbox doesn't recognise post formatting

Hi there,

I have set up my essential grid, with links opening a lightbox showing a portfolio post (text only). Unfortunately it doesn’t show any formatting and all the text is in one block, instead of in paragraphs, some with bullet points.

Do you know how I can fix this?

Hi there,

Sorry for the confusion!

The final section of the www.carbonmarketinstitute.org homepage is an Essential Grid of logos. If you hover on a logo, a ‘magnfying glass’ icon appears (below the logo). Clicking on the icon activates the lightbox, which shows the linked post text.

These posts are formatted into paragraphs and some bullet point lists, however when the lightbox activates, all you see is a single large block of text without formatting.

Hey Brad,

That is normal. There is no setting to add styles to the lightbox text content. It’s designed for short text only. Custom development is required to style it. We do have an in-house custom development team that offer paid services, who may be able to assist. They can be contacted at [email protected] if this is of interest to you.
