Essential Grid Instagram feed stopped working

I have had an Instagram feed on my site for a long time now and it has always worked. Yesterday it stopped working and gives me the error “Account with this username does not exist”. My username does exist and it is set to public. I have not changed anything on the site. It just stopped working. I have since reinstalled and done a plugin incompatibility test. Neither have worked. I have taked the grid off my site so it won’t display the error. Please help.

I checked the website and Instagram account (which is active and is a public profile). Further I inspected the server configuration, please do the following by getting in touch with your hosting provider:

  1. From PHP 7.0.33, upgrade to PHP version 7.3 or greater.
  2. Please upgrade PHP Memory Limit from 256mb to 512mb. You can take a look at following article for more information. https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935

I have done all of the above and still don’t have the ability to use essential grid with instagram.

Hello Ben,

There is an issue with the Instagram Stream due to the changes of the Instagram API. The developers of the Essential Grid plugins were already aware of the situation and will be providing a solution anytime soon.
