Error with Revolution Slider

Hi,

Im receiving the following error:

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.

To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.

Ive tried deactivating plugins, removing W3 Cache but nothing seems to work…

In fact one of the sites I’m having the issue with has only about 8 plugins running the whole site and its the X theme yet it still giving the same error?

Hi Dustin,

Thanks for writing in! Did you try applying those troubleshooting options mentioned above ? If not, you can refer to the detailed guide here (https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/problem-handlings/#troubleshooting).

Since you have W3 Total Cache plugin, you need to purge all possible caches before testing. Please refer to the following guide on how to clear all caches (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-clear-your-cache-in-wordpress/).

Also if you’re using any CDN service like CloudFlare, you need to login into your CloudFlare account and clear it’s cache as well before testing.

If you’re still having issues, please provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Thanks!

I am having this issue as well. Please help.

Hi @jlouproductions,

I understand that you might be having the same issue with the original poster, but we kindly ask to write it in detail in a separate thread.

I removed the login credentials you provided on the secure note because the original poster can actually see that.

Thanks,
