Error with Cornerstone!

Hi I have two problems.
I have installed polylang plugin.

1)When i create a page in a different language(the page exists in the default language) i get this error with Cornerstone:

The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.

Origin URL: http://www.blu-vet.com

Preview URL: http://www.blu-vet.com/su-di-noi/

2)For example in “About” page(always with Cornerstone) with one element I have the following error:

This element could not render due to invalid template markup. This could be due to changes introduced by a third party plugin. The front end of your site should still function normally

(I need to change it because my website has two languages!)

Thanks for helping me,
I give you backend access in a private comment.

Hello Assistenza,

Thanks for writing in!

  1. I checked the page and can see the error message showing up. Further checking I see that you have installed and activated Polylang plugin. When I deactivated the same page was working fine. I checked our internal issue tracker and it’s a confirmed compatibility issue and our developers are aware of the problem. At the moment I am not in a position to share ETA on bug fix but you can keep track of changelog page for latest product announcement. https://theme.co/changelog/
  2. About page is working fine on my end and I don’t see any issue or error message showing up. Please see screencast in secure note.

Thanks.

Hi,
I have made a screen recording about the first problem(1 min -> about 1GB) and I have sent it to my mail.
I paste here the download link, so you can watch it.
It’s sent with WeTransfer and the link expires on 24th of April.
Thanks! Link in secure note

Hi @assisrl,

Your file is too big. Could you please upload it to Youtube? Or using AweSome Screenshot Extension to record a screencast:

Thank you.

Please, check it now.
2KB.
At the end of the video I pushed refresh and If you try now to edit “Blog Ita” section you can see the error.
Thanks

Hey Assistenza,

The URL option of Polylang that would work in your site is the first option. You can set that in Languages > Settings > URL Modifications. Make sure you reset your permalinks after setting by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking the Save Changes button.

I’ll post this case in our issue tracker. But, please note that the official multilingual third party plugin that our theme and builders has support for is WPML.

Thanks.
