Error Message: preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing

I have gotten this error message over and over and over again.

I have discussed the issue with my host, they have increases my PHP memory, I have disabled my plugins, checked for a plugin error, made sure I am operating the most updated version of Pro (I only bought it 4 days ago), I do not have any cacheing plugins, however, I have disabled all the other plugins I had installed, I have cleared the cache on all my browsers and all the browsers on my wife’s computer, I found a bit of code I can enter, however, I am not sure where to enter that, I have spent HOURS on chat with my host’s engineers and have been redirected from expert to expert to no avail. This website needs to be built ASAP. Please help me with this!! I am at a complete loss of what to do to fix this problem.
