Error Encountered

I am trying to install my extensions but keep getting the warning that says Error Encountered. I try to upload them manually and once installed I get the 500 error and can’t do anything with the site.

Thanks for writing in! First of all, make sure that you’re fully updated including X theme and Cornerstone plugin. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).

Hello, Didn’t work. I have reinstalled everything. Not only does error occur when installing exertions but also i can’t install the demo content.

Please provide following information:
Set it as Secure Note

• Link to your site
• WordPress Admin username / password
• FTP credentials

Before sending us the details please confirm us that you are not getting an error when installing any other theme or plugins in the site, so that it will be easier for us to understand if this is an issue related to Theme or server.

Thanks for the info via mail. Please use the secure note to post your info so that other staff member can see and check when I am not available and you will get a response from another staff member too.

Anyway, I checked your site and got to know that you have the issue with other theme and plugin install too. So there is nothing to do with our theme or extension.
Please check the screenshot in a secure note.

I would encourage you to check with your hosting provider with the error so that they can have a solution for that.
