Error editing content, header, global block, etc

After I upgrade Pro to v2.3.1, I have problem editing my content, header, page, etc. For example, I click global block, then create a new global block. Then I click element, and the following message will appear:
“The page you are looking for is no longer here, or never existed in the first place (bummer). You can try searching for what you are looking for using the form below. If that still doesn’t provide the results you are looking for, you can always start over from the home page.” I edit the existing content having the same problem too.

Hey @luckyse7en,

That sounds like a permalink issue. Please try resetting your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

If that does not help, please give us WordPress Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.

Thanks.
