Thanks for reaching out.

The license activation is inactive by default since it’s a bundled plugin. But, you can enable it back by adding this code to your child theme’s functions.php

  function x_essential_grid_theme_setup() {
  /* do nothing */
  }

You may check this as well in case there is no installed child theme

Why is it not possible to download from the templete store in all the bundled plugins?

Hello @Ravi,

The bundled plugins does not have a license that you can use to register it. The template store will only allow you to download any templates if you have registered the plugin. This is an exclusive privileges for those users who have purchased the plugin license code separately. This is made possible by the creators of the plugin. We at Theme.co do not have any control over this.
