How can I make space between columns bigger? They also need to be the same size, height, aligned… Even thou I copied all elements the 1st column is not aligned with 2nd and 3rd column. Why?
The whole row is also NOT centered?

First thing you need to do is to remove the font tags in your content because they are breaking the HTML structure. Please use the built-in element text options
The column spacing in X is predefined. There’s no option to change it but to create your own sizes which would require custom development which is outside the scope of our support.
For the equal height, you can make use of the snippet here. Here’s a setup demo using that snippet
