If clearing all caches including browser cache and deactivating third party plugins doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

HI, i´ve tried but it is still not working

HI, there was a problem in the envira plugin. With the debug and logs enabled we saw that the error was in the memory limit f the wp_config.php. We changed it to 256 m and it was solved. Thanks
