Is that the secure message you’re talking about?

Please edit your original post and click the key icon. A pop up box will appear and this is where you insert the details for the secure notes.

Sorry for the misunderstanding, I used the login information and checked your website but could not find the reason. It might be related to a plugin conflict which you will need to turn off your 3rd party plugins to know which one is causing it.
Also, I did a research and found out the article below on the Envira Gallery documentation which seems to be the same case:
