Envira Gallery Missing

Hi there,

I have had this issue with a few websites recently.
The Envira Gallery keeps disappearing on the front end, but when you hover over it you can see the image description and if you click into the white space the lightbox comes up and shows the gallery.

Any idea what is happening here?

Hi Jayd,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, I see that you’re using WP fastest cache plugin. Could you please try disabling any CSS/JavaScript minifications on your caching plugins, purge your server cache and re-test this issue and see if that resolves your issue.

Also I see that you’re not using the latest version of Pro theme. You can check the latest version number from here (https://theme.co/changelog/) and update your Pro theme (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/envira-gallery-missing/48545) to see if that resolves your issue.

If not, then you need to remove any custom CSS rules added to your site and re-test this issue further.

If you’re still having issues, disable your 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone, Envira Gallery and see if the issue is related to a 3rd party plugin. If the issue is resolved when disabling plugins, then you can activate your plugins one by one to see which plugin cause the issue.

If you’re still having issues, provide us with your WordPress login credentials in a secure note to check your issue further.

Hey Jayd,

The missing images are still outputted in http and it’s blocked by CORS. You can contact your host to see what they can do about CORS but it would be best to replace all instances of http in your database to https. You can do that by using a search and replace plugin like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/. If this is not possible, please try removing the images and add them back again so this time, the https version is used.
