Envira Gallery - Insert Gallery

Hi Guys! Sorry for my English.
I´ve installed Envira Gallery 1.8.2.1.
I just want to insert a gallery into a site but the dropdown menu does not show all envira galleries, just the old ones. Newly created envira galleries do not show up.

Thanks for writing in.

Usually, this happen due to plugin conflict, caching or envira not properly installed.

First, check if you have installed the latest version of X theme and Cornerstone.

To test for plugin conflict, You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

For the caching, disable or purge all the caching plugin of your site, hosting and browser.

and lastly, reinstall your envira gallery via X adds on or in the validation section of X.

If still not helping, please share us your admin credentials so we could check your setup closer.
