Envira gallery doesn't show up

Hello there,
on our page http://www.frenell.de/applications/ we have problems with envira galleries.
The first gallery and accordion (in one row) works fine, the second and third don’t show up.
Would be pleased if you could give us a hint.

Hi there,

I am not sure if you already fixed the problem or not but I see all three rows having no problems regarding the Accordion and the Lightbox.

If you still experience the problem kindly get back to us with a screenshot and tell us which browser and OS you are using.

thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the problem isn’t solved so far.

We just figured out, that the second and third accordion+gallery are also shown when jumping directly to the section via the menu
i.e. wwww.frenell.de/applications/#AP2 (first and second is loaded)
i.e. wwww.frenell.de/applications/#AP3 (all three are loaded).

It seems that its loading the galleries backwards but not forwards in the source code?

When the site is accessed via the menu by clicking on “applications” in the menu bar, only the first of the three pairs of envra gallery/accordion gets loaded.

Also when zooming into the page at the location, where the respective elements are deemed to be located, the elements get loaded. The same occurs when using the chrome function “investigate” (by right click on an element in the browser, undermost option). Suddenly, the content ges loaded…

Operating system is Windows 7 respectively 8.1 Pro, browser is chrome Version 59.0.3071.115 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit).

Maybe this is a plugin conflict, but to check it and other workarounds, could you post some logins details in a secure note? We`d be happy to take a look.

i already deactivated all plugins, but it showed no improvement.

Dear John.
The only difference between this page (http://www.frenell.de/applications/ respectively http://www.frenell.de/applicazioni/) and the others is that here are three envira galleries…
no .css custom code…
Any idea how to finally resolve the issue?!

Hi there,

I checked your website and found out that the Fade effect which is available in Column options of the Cornerstone inside the sections is not compatible with Envira gallery and has that problem.

I disabled the fade effect and now there is no issue.

We will follow up this with our development team and Envira Gallery developers.

Thanks a lot for your support. Actually, the fade-in effect was working lately along with the envira gallery and accordion… However, maybe caused by an update or for whatsoever reason, now it obviously doesn’t work any more… We would appreciate you notifying us in case of this bug would be resolved in future…
