Envira Galleries issue

my envira gallery is not showing, I deactivated and delete and re installed it, still the same issue, it seems the pictures are there but not showing, please could you help

Hello @dali28,

Thanks for writing in!

It seems that you are experiencing CORS (Cross Origin Resource Sharing) issue. Does this happens after you have switch from http to https? Please install Better Search and Replace plugin. You will need to search for http://www.inneswildlife.com/wp-content/uploads and replace it with https://www.inneswildlife.com/wp-content/uploads.

We would loved to know if this has work for you. Thank you.

I am “https” for a little while now so I don’t think this idea will work. Any other suggestions.
That’s the error I see when inspecting the element.

Hi There,

You updated the Cornerstone to the latest version (v3.3.8), but you leave your X behind (v6.2.5). Please update the X theme to the latest version as well to make sure that this is not a compatibility issue. And also make sure the Envira Gallery that is installed on your site is the latest compatible version (1.8.4.3)

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

After updating and if the issue persists, please do a testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

sorry I forgot to update X, I didn’t see it, thanks, well i did all you said, empty all the caches, browser, CDN, and try plugin one by one, even just cornerstone and enviro gallery and the problem is still there, it’s funny it does affect only two of my galleries, colour and black and white, the third one work very well.

Hi There,

Thanks for that info, can you compare what is on your colour and black/white gallery that is not on the Arctic? Its actually affecting a lot of your plugins. Do you have an Addons on your Envira Gallery?

I see that your site is under CloudFlare, can you login to your CloudFlare dashboard and Purge Everything the caches from there?

How do I purge my cache?

Let us know how it goes,
Cheers!

I did purge everything through Cloudflare, I do not have an Addons on my Envira Gallery. The settings on the three galleries are the same, I don’t see what else I can do.

Hi There,

  • Do you any cache plugins installed on your website? Please temporarily turn them off.

  • Could you please turn off the auto-minify option on your cloudflare account?

  • Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

  1. Switch to the parent theme to check if the issue persists.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.

I did try the , still nothing. I just sent you my credentials.

Hello @dali28,

I have logged in to your site and I do not see any errors or incorrect settings. This seems to be just a caching issue. Since you are using SiteGround, could you please clear your site cache or temporarily disable the supercacher in your hosting panel? The SuperCacher is developed by SiteGround exclusively for their customers. It increases the number of hits a site can handle and boosts the website loading speed. The SuperCacher includes 4 different caching options for maximum optimization of your websites. You can access the tool by clicking on the SuperCacher icon in your cPanel.

For more information about this, please check it out here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/supercacher/supercacher_intro.htm

Hope this helps.

I disabled everything and it still not showing, Cloudflare is off, supercacher is off so really I don’t get it I did purge before to turn off. any others idea?

I did create another page, “Test” and insert the one the galleries and still doesn’t work.

Hello @dali28,

This has something to do with your CloudFlare and the minify option. Please make sure that your enable the development mode and then for best results, please use this recommended CloudFlare settings: https://xthemetips.com/using-cloudflare-rocket-loader-with-x-pro-and-x5/928/8/

If nothing is working, please provide us access to your CloudFlare account so we can check your CF settings.

Thanks.

Cloudflare is on development mode and the minify wasn’t on

Hello @dali28,

I have logged in and I disabled the RocketLoader and Brotli services in your CloudFlare.
The images is displaying now.

Please check your site again.
