I am switching my user information pages to full width to remove my sidebar. However, when I do that, I lose my .entry-title.
Here is a page in default with the entry-title (account profile):

(should have “order history” at the top in h1)

Thank you for reaching out to us. You’re using a blank template with header and footer so this is it’s default behavior as it’s a blank template. You should use Layout - Fullwidth page template instead if you want to show the page title and make the page full width. (see screenshots)

I checked the url you provided https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/features-page-templates/50 to add new template. It says “add a new file in: wp-content/themes/x-child/framework/views/integrity/template-new.php. We assumed that you are using the Integrity stack, if not you can change the folder name to the proper stack name.”
I’m using Pro X theme and my folder looks different.
Would you confirm the help provided in that page (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/features-page-templates/50) is outdated?
I do not see any /x-child/framework/views/integrity/ folder.

I want to include Page Title in the template similar to Blank template with header and footer, so that my containers are stretched to full width of the view port.

The directories in your screenshot are the Pro parent theme. You need to setup the child theme first:
Then create this directory: pro-child/framework/views/integrity
