Entire site is built using Cornerstone...everything disappears when opening Cornerstone noow

All code showing cornerstone is in standard WordPress backend. When clicking into cornerstone, it isnt visible. We ran into this a little while back. What needs to be done to fix this quickly

Hey Eric,

Your description of the problem sounds like the builder’s data of the page got corrupted or deleted. This usually is a result of incorrect or incomplete website migration like changing a domain name or moving to a different web host. If this is the case, you should do the migration again but this time, follow our Migration guide at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126/1

If you haven’t migrated your site, it could be that you have switched to the default WordPress editor and edited the content manually. In this case, regretfully, you’ll need to rebuild your pages again. I’d recommend next time that you create a backup of a working state of your site so you have something to revert to in case of database corruption or other website problems.

Thanks.

So this migration happened a long time ago and the dev site is no longer available. What is the next option to have this fixed?

Hi @Eric,

Unfortunately, the only solution is restoring it back to when it still working and re-migrate it, like a copy from your dev or backup. Else, you’ll have to re-create your page’s content in the builder.

Thanks!
